John Deere 544K loader Modifications

We were tasked with doing some modifications to a John Deere 544K loader. The loader is used to carry a volatile powder that is also very corrosive.

We manufactured a high-volume bucket to replace the standard bucket.
Fitted an exhaust spark arrestor
The alternator was upgraded to a brushless alternative
Replaced all the lights with LED type
Fitted sealed hub caps to stop the product sitting inside the wheel rims
Sealed all hydraulic fittings
